CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
Registration to the Conference is compulsory and has to be addressed and sent to BGE Eventi & Congressi not later that 30 September 2008.

Individual accompanying person fee € 100,00(VAT INCLUDED)
The Accompanying fee includes:
  • Participation to the Opening Ceremony
  • Welcome cocktail of 13 October
  • Excursion and dinner of 15 October
  • Gala dinner of 16 October
Registration fee:
€ 250,00 (VAT INCLUDED)
The registration fee includes:
  • Participation to the scientific sessions
  • Congress bag
  • Certificate of attendance
  • Coffee breaks & lunches as per program
  • Welcome cocktail of 13 October
  • Excursion and dinner of 15 October
  • Gala dinner of 16 October

Cancellation policy
0% Penalty within 30 September
100% penalty from 1 October

HOTEL RESERVATION AND BOOKING CONFIRMATION:

Room availability guaranteed within 20 August 2008.
After 20 August 2008 bookings and fares on request.

HOTEL ACCOMODATION
The accomodation has to be addressed and sent to BGE Eventi & Congressi not later that 20 August 2008.

After this date, BGE Eventi & Congressi will try to find accomodation but it is not guaranteed to find a hotel in Erice.

TERMS AND CONDITION

  • Reservation can be done through the “on line reservation form” where in order to guarantee your reservation a 1 night deposit of the chosen hotel is requested
  • Reservation will be considered fully completed only if your credit card number is indicated in the reservation form, as guarantee for the hotel in case of no show or penalties
  • Any request sent without the credit card details will not be accepted
  • Rooms will be allotted on a first-come-first served. BGE Eventi & Congressi reserves the right to assign a different hotel with same category in case should the chosen hotel is not available
  • The balance and all extras must be settled in full directly at the hotel at the check – out. The hotel will issue the invoice of the total stay
  • Confirmation of your accommodation booking will be sent to you by email or fax from BGE Eventi & Congressi
RESERVATION RATES
  • Hotel rates indicated are per room per night, breakfast and taxes included.
RESERVATION CHANGES
  • Any change must be notified by fax or email to BGE Eventi & Congressi and not to the hotel.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Hotel Check-in time - from 2.00 pm
Hotel Check-out time - not later that 10.00 am

Please indicate on your registration form or notify to BGE Eventi & Congressi in writing if you arrive at your hotel after 6 p.m. Without any written communication your room will be released as no-show and the hotel will debit your credit card the entire stay booked.

HOTEL CANCELLATION:
Within 13 September  0% penalty
From 14 September penalty of 1 night deposit
From 30 September penalty of 2 nights
From 6 October penalty of the entire reservation
( the hotel will debit your credit card the entire stay booked.)

*** only for “ULISSE CAMERE ” and IL CARMINE” payment of the entire reservation is requested since payment by credit card is not available at the hotel.

All reimbursements will be made after the congress upon request and after presentation of your bank details. Agency fee + bank charges of € 20,00 will be deducted from the refund.
